Returns
All new items may be returned for a refund if reported to us within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns must be issued an RMA number by a Big Bison Co agent. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the cost of the order. Freight charges and credit card fees are non-refundable and return freight is at the expense of the purchaser.
Requested returns after 30 days but within 60 days of receipt are valid for exchange or store credit and subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the cost of the item. Cash back return requests after 5 days from purchase but no more than 60 days may be granted at the discretion of Big Bison Co with a 25% restocking fee, but not guaranteed.
No items over 60 days of receipt are valid for return unless exchanged through our defective exchange or warranty policy. All parts requiring custom builds, custom modifications at the factory, or custom parts that will be modified upon receipt are non-returnable. If you have ordered the wrong part and exchange that part through our service, a 10% restocking fee will be applied against your credit to cover the expenses of the return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of parts cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new correct item that you need and return the wrong item that you have. Once the return is received and accepted through a valid RGA Number, we will issue a refund back to your credit card. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your credit to appear on your statement after the return has been processed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Policy
Big Bison Co warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from date of shipment to the original consumer purchaser. This warranty covers any parts furnished from Big Bison Co but does not include labor of any kind and materials not furnished by Big Bison Co or any charges for any such labor or materials. All items are new unless listed as rebuilt, refurbished or reconditioned with a full twelve (12) month warranty unless stated otherwise.
If you have a warranty claim, the item may need to be returned for inspection before credit can be issued. Big Bison Co’s warranty is a "part only" warranty. The expressed warranty DOES NOT cover labor, machine rental, down time or collateral damage at any time.
The limited warranty is void if the product is subjected to misuse, negligence, or operating conditions other than those for which such equipment was designed, or has been repaired or altered outside the factory of Big Bison Co or when chemicals or any ingredients other than approved permanent-type antifreeze, designed and sold solely for radiator use, are used in the radiator. This warranty does not cover physical or chemical effects of any corrosive substances in the operating environment or the equipment.
This warranty is extended to and enforceable by only the original purchaser.
BIG BISON CO’S WARRANTY OF ITS PRODUCTS TO BE FREE FROM ALL DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP, AS LIMITED HEREIN, AND SHALL BE IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUSIVE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Claims for internal engine damage due to overheating will be denied. All vehicles and stationary equipment have warning lights and gauges to warn an operator of overheating conditions long before internal engine damage would occur. Big Bison Co shall not be responsible for engine damage due to operator negligence.
Purchaser’s sole remedy for breach of this warranty, exclusive of all other remedies provided by law, shall be limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts which shall, within 12 months from date of shipment to the original consumer purchaser, be returned to the place of original purchases or to the Warranty Dept. of Big Bison Co, with all transportation expenses prepaid by purchaser, and which the examination by Big Bison Co or its designated agent, shall disclose to have been defective. Purchaser’s remedy does not include reimbursement for any expenses incurred for labor or material charges incident to the replacement, removal or installation of any radiator, radiator core or component part, towing charges, rental of replacement vehicle, injuries to persons or property and any other special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. An original installation receipt is required to file a warranty claim.
BIG BISON CO IN NO EVENT SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PRODUCTION OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES AGAINST THE PURCHASERS, RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING THOSE RESULTING FROM THE ORDER OR USE OF BIG BISON CO’S PRODUCTS, AND BIG BISON CO’S SOLE LIABILITY TO THE PURCHASER FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, WHETHER BASED UPON NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT REMEDY SET FORTH IN THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Big Bison Co neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any obligation or liability other than as herein expressly stated.
